Police detectives from Philadelphia are looking into a shooting that occurred at the City Hall SEPTA station.
Around 3:54 a.m. on Thursday, the shooting allegedly occurred at the 15th and Market Street station.
An 18-year-old was shot in the leg and foot on the Market Frankford line, according to Chief Inspector Scott Small of the Philadelphia Police Department.
Two expended shot casings, according to the police, were found on the site.
SEPTA Transit Police believe that the incident may have begun as a dispute and escalated.
After being shot, the victim climbed the station stairs and signalled for help, according to Small.
The shooting investigation is still active and ongoing.
