A shooting in Seattle’s Yesler Terrace area results in one fatality and one injury

Detectives looking into homicides are looking into a shooting that happened early on Friday that killed one guy and injured another.

At before 4:30 a.m., police responded to a complaint of a shooting close to 12th Avenue and East Fir Street.

When the police came, they discovered a 27-year-old male who had been shot and was already dead.

A 52-year-old male was brought with non-life-threatening injuries to Harborview Medical Center. It is uncertain how he is doing.

A stolen tow truck was reportedly found at the scene, and investigators are working to determine whether the truck was anyway connected to the incident.
