An incident on Interstate 29 in Fargo resulted in the death of a 33-year-old man

When his automobile struck a concrete pillar during an accident on Interstate 29 in Fargo, a 33-year-old man was killed.

The man’s vehicle exited the right side of the road at about 3:00 p.m. on Saturday while he was driving northbound on Interstate 29 (mile marker 63), close to the tri-level intersection, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol. On Interstate 94’s eastbound lanes, the vehicle’s front collided with a support post. The vehicle hit the ground and came to a stop in the right-hand northbound lane.

The man from West Fargo was declared deceased on the spot. The driver’s identity has not yet been made public.

The incident is still being investigated.
