LOS ANGELES – In connection with a gang-related operation targeting gang members and affiliates in Los Angeles, the FBI made several arrests on Thursday.
Near Banning and N. Vignes Streets, “Operation Down the Rabbit Hole” was under progress.
Officials claim that during simultaneous arrest warrant services, at least 20 persons were detained and about 40 others were charged. Officials said that several of the indicted individuals are already incarcerated on other counts.
The Los Angeles Police Department, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives were among the other agencies that could be seen at the scene in addition to the FBI.
The use of illegal firearms, drugs, and racketeering were among the crimes for which suspects were allegedly responsible.
