
A 19-year-old who had also been shot was brought in good condition to Mount Sinai.
Early on Sunday, a gunshot in Brighton Park left one guy dead and another wounded, according to police.
Around 2:45 a.m., someone in a grey Jeep opened fire on the two victims, ages 18 and 19, who were in a car in the 3600 block of South Kedzie Avenue.
Both were brought to Mount Sinai Hospital, where the 18-year-old was later determined to have died from a neck shot.
According to authorities, the 19-year-old was shot in the right food and is listed in good condition.
No one is detained.
