
Following the incident in the 3000 block of North Knox Avenue, the victims, both 17 years old, were classified in good condition.
A shooting occurred in Kelvyn Park on Wednesday night, injuring two 17-year-olds.
The youngsters were in the 3000 block of North Knox Avenue when someone started shooting just before 8 o’clock, according to Chicago police.
Police reported that a youngster was shot in the buttocks and was transferred to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his status was classified as good.
A girl received a graze to the abdomen and a blow to the left leg. According to authorities, she was transported to the same hospital in good condition.
No one was detained. Detectives from Area Five are looking into it.
