Early on Saturday morning in Pilsen, two men were shot, one of them was badly injured.

Around 12:30 a.m., someone opened fire on the two males, both 34, who were standing on a sidewalk in the 1800 block of South Racine, according to Chicago police.

According to authorities, one was shot in the abdomen and was rushed to Stroger Hospital in critical condition.

Listed in good condition at the same hospital, the second patient was struck in both legs.

No one was detained.
