Around 10:15 p.m., two men opened fire on the two men while they were standing on a porch in the 200 block of East 113th Street, according to Chicago police.

One male, 32, passed away. He was shot in the back and head, and the Advocate Christ Medical Center declared him dead, according to the authorities.

A 27-year-old male who suffered several gunshot wounds was also rushed to the hospital and is currently in critical condition.

No one is detained.
