Jake Fisher claimed on the most recent episode of “Please Don’t Aggregate This” that Jarred Vanderbilt is the subject of intense interest from other teams in negotiations with the Utah Jazz. In exchange for sending Rudy Gobert to the Minnesota Timberwolves, Utah gained Vanderbilt.
For the following season, Vanderbilt will only receive $4.4 million under his value contract. Only $300,000 of his $4.7 million contract is guaranteed for the upcoming season.
Last year, the 6-foot-8 forward for the Wolves made his debut as a starter. In 25.4 minutes a game, Vanderbilt averaged 6.9 points on 58.7 percent shooting, 8.4 rebounds, and 1.3 steals.
