About 8:45 p.m., the 29-year-old victim was stabbed in the chest and neck in a home in the 10300 block of South Ave F while arguing with a person he knew, according to Chicago police.
Police reported that he was declared deceased at the spot.
According to the authorities, someone was taken into custody. Detectives in the area are looking.
