Man in severe condition after 20 rounds were fired at a car in Germantown, according to police

After an alleged shooting broke out in Germantown early on Wednesday, a car was left covered in bullet holes, according to police.

Around 3 a.m., according to police, a 38-year-old man was shot numerous times on the 100 block of East Duval Street.

He apparently took his own car to a nearby hospital, where he is currently being treated for a critical condition.

About 20 shots were fired at the car he was operating, according to authorities. At the scene, shell casings were also discovered.
