
After two people were shot, one fatally, at McKinley Park on the South Side on Monday night, someone was being questioned.
Around 7:40 p.m., bullets were fired in the 3700 block of South Paulina Street while the victims were inside a car, according to Chicago police.
A 31-year-old guy was shot in the body and transferred to Stroger Hospital where doctors declared him dead, according to the police. His identity hasn’t been made public.
Police reported that a second male, whose age was unknown, was shot in the body as well and was transferred to a local hospital in an uncertain condition.
According to authorities, officers were interviewing a person of interest.
