On a busy Philadelphia sidewalk, a shooting suspect fires at close range

As they look for three suspects, Philadelphia police have released video of a shooting that left a man injured in Logan.

The 35th District police officers responded to allegations of a shooting near Broad and Windrim streets on October 4.

Officers responded to the location and discovered a 23-year-old guy with several gunshot wounds to his right arm. He was transported to a neighbouring hospital, where his status was noted as stable.

Before passing the victim, three suspects exit a nearby store while moving in opposite directions.

Then, without warning, one of the suspects pulls out a handgun, reaches behind the other two suspects, and fires repeatedly at the victim from a close distance.

As the perpetrator extends his arm to shoot, it looks that a bystander who is following the victim is only a few feet away. There were no other reported injuries in the incident.

Philadelphia Police are asking anyone who recognises the suspects to get in touch with them.
