
In order to find a man who robbed a bank in Santa Monica, police are seeking for the public’s assistance.
According to police, the suspect entered the US Bank at 1401 Wilshire Boulevard on September 2 about 4:10 p.m. and handed the bank teller a bag with writing on it. The writing, according to the authorities, indicates his intention to loot the bank.
The teller put a sizable amount of money in the bag, and the suspect left the establishment. He was last observed going northward in the 1100 block of the alleyway east of 14th Street, according to a statement from Santa Monica Police.
The suspect is described as being between 30 and 45 years old, between 170 and 190 lbs, with blue eyes. He is between 5’10 and 6’0 tall. He wore a blue bucket hat, spectacles, a grey long sleeve sweater with red zippers, dark jeans, and black shoes when he was last seen.
