Saturday morning collision in Dunn County led to the arrest of the driver for OWI

Following a single-vehicle collision on Saturday morning in Dunn County, one person is in arrest.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, 25-year-old Lucy Chang of Menomonie was detained on suspicion of OWI-1st offence with two minors in the car.

Chang, according to a press release, was involved in an accident at 2:36 a.m. on Saturday on the Interstate 94 westbound on-ramp close to Elk Mound at Exit 52. Chang was subjected to field sobriety tests after the driver allegedly displayed signs of intoxication. Chang was then arrested, taken to a hospital to have blood taken, and then taken to the Dunn County Jail.

The collision did not cause any injuries to the three occupants of the car.
