Several parked cars are struck by a driver in a South Los Angeles neighbourhood

Late on Monday night, a driver was heading down a roadway in Los Angeles’ Vermont Square neighbourhood when he sideswiped a large number of vehicles.

According to witnesses, the incident happened just before 11:30 p.m. while a white pickup truck was travelling north on South Vermont Avenue.

According to a representative for the Los Angeles Police Department, the motorist impacted up to 30 automobiles before coming to a halt.

Between West Vernon Avenue and 41st Street on Vermont Avenue, there were parked cars.

According to the investigators, the driver might have experienced a medical emergency before the collision.

At first, witnesses claimed the driver seemed to be inebriated and made an attempt to flee before being stopped by a crowd of onlookers.
