
According to the sheriff’s office in Tennessee, the family dogs killed an infant and a toddler.
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee claimed in a tweet on Wednesday that dogs attacked a 2-year-old girl, a 5-month-old child, and their mother inside a residence. According to the authorities, the kids passed away there.
SCSO detectives are on scene at the 700 block of Sylvan Road near Shelby Forest State Park, where at about 3:30 pm two family dogs attacked a 2-year-old girl, a 5-month-old boy, and their mother in the home. The children were pronounced deceased on the scene. 1/2 pic.twitter.com/2IzlBedyjs

First responders, according to officials, brought the mother to a hospital. On Thursday morning, there was no word on her status.
The house is close to Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park on Sylvan Road.
